The board considered five Property Maintenance Review Board (PMRB) cases. For each property, a code enforcement officer summarized alleged violations of Section 13.13 of the city’s property maintenance code, recommended nuisance declarations where appropriate, and asked the board to order abatement by the city contractor.
The board declared the following properties nuisances and ordered the city contractor to bring them into compliance:
