The change under consideration would have replaced an enumerated list—“equine, bovine, or swine class, including but not limited to goats, sheep, mules, hawks, cows… large bird… nontraditional livestock, including but not limited to bison, deer, buffalo, llamas, and alpacas”—with a briefer definition reading: “livestock. Cattle, swine, equine, poultry, sheep, goats, nontraditional livestock, and ruminants.”
