Summary
The Custer County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday approved permission for a fire district to build a FEMA‑funded backup generator on county land pending a documented easement, approved a homeowner's request to daylight two floor drains, granted a Rotary Club special‑events permit and voted to transfer a donated handicap van back to its original donor.

"We're seeking written approval in order to allow 2 floor drains to discharge into the pasture," Perry said. The commissioners voted to approve the specific plan as presented and noted that county regulations and on‑site wastewater rules do not currently address this configuration; staff will consider a countywide regulatory update.
