Mayor Piper responded that the city had received a letter from the company’s lawyers and that the council would address the matter in closed session with legal counsel. “We're gonna discuss that in closed session because your lawyers have sent us a nice letter,” Piper said on the record. City staff confirmed that residents would be notified when the item appears on a public agenda.
