The Post Falls City Council voted Dec. 17 to approve the consent calendar, adopting meeting minutes, financial statements and several land‑use and reporting items.
The consent calendar included: minutes from the Nov. 26 special meeting and Dec. 3 regular meeting; the accounts payable and hand check accountability report for Nov. 22–Dec. 5, 2024; cash and investment reports for October 2024; the Teton Meadows bridal subdivision plat; the Mango Meadows annexation (file ANNX‑24‑3); and the fiscal year 2024 annual road report.
City staff presented the items as routine and asked the council to approve them together. A council member moved to approve the consent calendar; the motion was seconded and adopted by roll call vote. Stigleader, Ziegler, Westland and Davis voted Aye; Mr. Molloy was excused.
The approval clears administrative and record‑keeping items and allows the city to proceed with the listed plats and the annexation process. The council immediately moved on to other agenda items.
