- Vouchers: Approved $3,439,229.08 in voucher payments. The Department of Corrections was authorized to select the lowest responsive bidder for inmate supplies under RFP 07124. The board approved the year-two payment of $119,700 to ThinkGuard LLC for backup and disaster recovery services under an existing three-year contract.
- Stormont Vail Events Center: The board awarded new portable basketball goals to ATCO for $56,500 using 2025 capital outlay funds and approved an updated CIP request that reduced the modular sports flooring purchase from roughly 55,000 square feet to just over 50,000 square feet (a reduction equating to about two youth basketball courts). The resurfacing element of the main court was revised downward from about $49,000 to approximately $44,800 per the bidder's update.
