The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority on Jan. 14 voted to acknowledge receipt of the cash summary and later reapproved ordinance 24‑04, the ordinance setting the authority’s 2025 meeting schedule with clerical corrections.
Board members said the invoice register’s back page already breaks totals into Daggett County, RDA and MBA subtotals, which staff confirmed. Staff reported there were no MBA expenses on this week’s invoice register or disbursement listing; the authority therefore took no approvals for payments specific to the MBA.
A motion and second were made to acknowledge receipt and review of the cash summary; the motion carried on a voice vote of “Aye.” No detailed roll call was read. Later in the meeting the board passed a motion to reapprove ordinance 24‑04 (Municipal Building Authority meeting schedule for 2025) with clerical updates, including corrected signature lines and dates. Board members discussed whether the county clerk’s attestation and the signature block should reference the Municipal Building Authority specifically; they concluded the current clerical form was acceptable.
Staff agreed to refine the invoice/disbursement reports to make it easier to identify county, RDA and MBA items (for example, by highlighting or adding subtotals) and to provide a workflow for reimbursements and pay‑request processing.
The meeting was adjourned by acclamation at 9:44 a.m.
