Bridge Director Luis Bassan reported to the Bridgeboard on January 2025 that December 2024 crossings and revenues were higher than the same period the previous fiscal year. Southbound car crossings totaled 60,477 in December, an increase of 7,224 cars (13.75%) from the same month in the prior fiscal year, and total bridge crossings for all vehicle types were 113,440, an increase of 8,479 vehicles (8.08%).
Bassan said the board will begin presenting northbound car counts provided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and that northbound car crossings for December totaled 50,228, an increase of 5,195…
