The change, moved by Member Ted Brush and seconded by Member Hume, passed with a roll-call vote and a unanimous recommendation that the council “ought to pass.” Chair Rhys Perkins read the board’s finding that the corridor’s future development is consistent with the city’s comprehensive plan.
