Council names Craig Paulson zoning administrator; Cammie Christiansen elected planning commission chair

The Spring City Council voted unanimously to appoint Craig Paulson as the city’s zoning administrator on Jan. 2 and the planning and zoning commission elected Cammie Christiansen as its chair.
