- Royal Ground Coffee (consent/continuance): The applicant requested and the commission voted to continue the Royal Ground Coffee permit application so the applicant can resend outreach using the correct template. Vote recorded as unanimous.
- Magnolia Brewing Company LLP permit (agenda item): The commission approved staff recommendations to grant a limited live-performance (LLP) permit for Magnolia Brewing Company at 1398 Haight Street to allow occasional indoor entertainment. Vote recorded unanimous (7'0Aye, 0 No). Conditions include an internal sound limit under MPC Article 29; outdoor amplified sound was removed from the application.
