The commission closed the public hearing, then moved, seconded and approved the amendment as submitted by staff. The vote was unanimous; individual roll-call votes were not read into the public record.
The amendment permits the addition as shown in the applicant’s elevations and site plan; staff noted the project will be subject to standard building-permit review. No timing or funding details were provided in the discussion.
