The Glynn County Island Planning Commission on Oct. 21 approved a site plan to add 35 detached senior-living units at Marsh's Edge on the north end of St. Simons Island.
Stephanie Leaf, Glynn County planning and zoning director, told the commission the application proposes 35 new units located off Marsh's Edge Lane within a planned development (PD) district.
