- Superintendent search stakeholder survey platform (agenda item 8.03): After an extended discussion the board voted 3–2 to select the modified Google survey as the district’s stakeholder survey tool for the superintendent search; votes in favor were President Serrano, Mrs. Mendoza and Mrs. Mottson; Mr. Rohrs and Mr. Heap voted no. HYA remains the district’s search consultant and will continue outreach, weekly check‑ins and the leadership profile report.
