The Adams County Board of County Commissioners voted Feb. 11 to approve a comprehensive plan amendment and concurrent rezoning for the Gibbons Industrial Project (PRC-2024-8), allowing roughly 20 acres at 7061 E. 90th Ave. to change from agricultural small-scale to industrial medium and from A-1 zoning to I-2 zoning. The board also continued a separate solar-energy land-use case (PRC-2024-6) to May 13 at the applicant’s request.
