Mooresville planning staff on Monday recommended approval of a conditional rezoning (CZ 2024-12) and concurrent voluntary annexation for a roughly 17-acre property at 298 Shadowbrook Lane and Roscoe Road.
Erica Martin, Mooresville planning director, told the board the site is currently in Iredell County jurisdiction and would become part of Ward 4 if annexed. "The proposal is for 68 townhomes, and 1 single family home that currently exists today," Martin said. She said the density would be just over four dwelling units per acre.
