Taneytown parks board reelects Mackenzie Kilby as secretary; approves Nov. 13 minutes

Although Kilby was absent because she was ill, board members said she had communicated her willingness to serve if nominated. At the meeting a member moved to nominate Mackenzie Kilby for secretary and a second was recorded; the board voted unanimously in favor and Kilby was declared duly elected.
The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn; the motion received a second and the board voted to adjourn to its next scheduled meeting on Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
