A commissioner moved to adopt staff recommendations and another commissioner seconded the motion. The commission approved the recommendation by voice vote.
The action does not change any zoning approvals for curb or driveway changes, which staff said are handled separately by zoning review. The commission did not request additional hearings if the applicant submits the window documentation the preservation office deems acceptable.
The commission moved on after the approval and addressed a separate certificate-of-appropriateness item on the agenda.
