The Taneytown Planning Commission conducted voice votes to approve administrative items during the meeting.

The commission approved the draft minutes from the Nov. 25, 2024 meeting after a motion and second and a voice vote.

Later in the meeting the commission voted to submit the 2024 annual report to the county. A motion to submit the report was made, a second was recorded, and the motion carried by voice vote. The chairman indicated he would sign the report later.

The meeting ended with a motion to adjourn that passed by voice vote. The commission did not take final action on any development applications during the session.
