Town Board adopts a set of local traffic and parking measures; four items pass unanimously

The Hempstead Town Board voted to adopt four town measures after public hearings were opened and closed on Feb. 4. The four items were presented during the board's public hearing sequence. No members of the public submitted speaking slips for those individual items during the meeting, and board members moved to close the public hearings and adopt the measures. Each motion was seconded and carried with board members recorded as voting “Aye.”
