Herbert Ramsdell raised concerns about sign posting and compliance with municipal rezoning notice rules under municipal code section 656.123 and requested a committee report addressing the sign‑posting discrepancy.
Planning staff opened the public hearing and noted the item would be continued. The chair closed the hearing and the committee formally continued the item to March 4, 2025, allowing time for additional outreach and review. No final vote was taken; the item status is continued and will return to committee for further consideration.
