Administration said the city’s $5.5 million contribution to the CBP 3 projects will cover the cost of the professional services; the Betterment Foundation will also begin fundraising and will not leave the city as the only source of funds.
A council member moved to approve the agreement with ISG in a not-to-exceed amount of $77,380; the motion carried on a voice vote with no roll-call recorded.
