Key actions and votes taken that day:

- MS244 — Semple Family Minor Subdivision, Volmer Road (agenda item 3D). Motion: forward to the Board of County Commissioners with staff recommendation (5 conditions, 4 notations; finding of sufficiency for water). Vote: unanimous (recorded ayes; item forwarded).
- P2415 — Map amendment rezoning Sterling Ranch East Filing No. 7 to RS-5000 (agenda item 3E). Motion: forward to the Board of County Commissioners with staff recommendation (2 conditions, notations). Staff clarified that a rezone does not require a water sufficiency finding. Vote: unanimous (recorded ayes; item forwarded).
- Sunshine Resolution 2025-1 — Adoption of official posting locations and custodian for public notices for the Planning Commission in 2025. Motion: adopt resolution (designating the Planning and Community Development Department web page and, when necessary, physical posting at Centennial Hall and other locations; Clerk as official custodian). Vote: unanimous (recorded ayes; resolution adopted).
- VA247 — Watts Upfitting variance of use for a vehicle repair/upfitting and outdoor storage at Meadowlake Airport (agenda item 5A). Motion to recommend approval with conditions failed 4–5; commission did not forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.
Staff will forward the full minutes, staff reports and exhibits for each item to the Board of County Commissioners as part of the public record for items scheduled for BOCC consideration.
