- Approval of the Jan. 13 meeting agenda (motion carried 6–0). - Approval of the consent agenda (motion carried 6–0). The consent agenda included: approval of minutes; treasurer’s report; student activity accounts; bills with an addendum; personnel reports with an addendum; requests to receive and apply for grants; approval of early graduation requests (the presenter noted 34 early graduates on the consent agenda); new and revised positions including a child-nutrition dietitian and social-work position at Junction City High School; and budget transfers and equipment approvals (full consent-agenda items were listed on the meeting agenda packet). - Owner’s representative for Early Childhood Center (option C, Switchgrass Consulting) — (motion carried 7–0).
