CAMPO votes: officer elections, minutes approval and TIP amendment

Minutes approval: The board moved to approve the minutes of Dec. 11, 2024. The motion passed; the record shows one abstention by Member Casanelli because he "wasn't legal yet," according to the chair's statement during the roll call discussion.
Officer elections: Chair Bagwell made a motion to appoint Gregory Novak as chairperson for a one-year term expiring at the first regular CAMPO meeting in 2026 and to appoint Lucia Maloney as vice chairperson for a one-year term. The motion was seconded and the board voted unanimously in favor. "Let the record reflect it was unanimous," the chair said after members voted.
TIP amendment: The board approved Formal Amendment 25-01 (see separate article) to combine projects, add two new projects and revise funding information and project names.
