Board approves topographical surveys for Allens and Hillham elementaries

Board members recorded their approval by roll call. The chair announced the motion passed. Staff and the architect said the additional survey information will inform design decisions and coordination with Tennessee Department of Transportation and local utilities.
No dollar amount for the survey proposals was stated in the meeting minutes provided; staff said they ordered the work to support the design phase and to enable a summer bid schedule with construction targeting completion before fall 2026.
