The Cochise County Board of Supervisors met in special session and unanimously approved the minutes of the Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting and approved demands and budget amendments for operating transfers.
Supervisor Crosby moved to approve the minutes, saying, "I move we approve the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of 12/10/2024." Supervisor Judd seconded the motion, and the board voted unanimously in favor.
Later in the meeting Supervisor Judd moved, "I move that we approve the demands and budget amendments for operating transfers." Supervisor Crosby seconded. The chair called the vote; all members answered "aye," and the motion carried.
The board’s chair indicated there were no speaker request forms and no public comment for the meeting. The chair also said the demands will be paid so that staff and vendors can be paid.
The board confirmed a follow-up special meeting on Dec. 31 at 10 a.m. in the same location. The meeting opened with a statement about public access pursuant to Arizona law and closed after the brief agenda items were completed.
