The Town of Lakeville Zoning Board of Appeals on Dec. 19 took several procedural actions: it continued two hearings to Jan. 28, approved minutes from prior meetings and set upcoming meeting dates.
The board granted a continuance request for the LeBaron Hills comprehensive-permit modification hearing. The continuance request came via a Dec. 17 letter from Robert J. Mather on behalf of Barons Residential LLC asking to continue to the board's January meeting because the applicant was still completing final engineering and subdivision plans. The board voted to continue the LeBaron Hills hearing to the Jan. 28 meeting.
The board also voted to continue the Granbury Heights hearing for 43 Main Street to the Jan. 28 meeting to allow the applicant to submit revised landscape plans and for the board and counsel to begin drafting a comprehensive decision.
The board approved minutes from prior meetings, including the Oct. 17, 2024 and Nov. 21, 2024 meeting minutes, and discussed meeting-date scheduling for January and February 2025. The board noted a potential conflict during the February vacation week and rescheduled a February meeting to accommodate availability.
