The Clear Creek County Board of County Commissioners approved its consent agenda on Feb. 18, clearing several administrative and contract items.
Items approved included the county warrant register; final settlement of the RC24-03 steep slope improvements contract for Fall River Road with Access Limited Construction; final settlement of RC24-04 large-diameter culvert rehabilitation with American West LLC for Upper Bear Creek Road and Fall River Road; and adoption of Resolution No. 25-19 to dispose of six sheriff’s office vehicles.
The board also approved Resolution No. 25-20, authorizing transfer of two sheriff’s office vehicles to the Clear Creek Fire Authority, with a waiver of liability to be executed by the fire authority. Commissioners approved acceptance of the 2024 Colorado Parks and Wildlife impact grant for the assessor’s office and ratified the Feb. 2025 Board of County Commissioners meeting minutes.
Commission discussion touched briefly on whether disposed vehicles could be sold for salvage value. The consent agenda passed by motion, second and unanimous voice vote.
