SITLA reports $142 million in FY25 revenue; trustees say portfolio supports perpetual school trust

McConkie said SITLA manages about 3.3 million acres of surface estate and about 4.5 million acres of mineral estate, and administers roughly 10,000 individual parcels and more than 6,000 active contracts.
