The Encinitas Youth Commission approved the minutes of its Dec. 4 regular meeting and discussed a work plan and calendar of volunteer and outreach activities for early 2025 during its Jan. 8 meeting. Vice Chair Kelly moved to approve the Dec. 4 minutes and Chair Leshinskie seconded; the commission voted unanimously to approve with eight ayes and one absence recorded.
Commission members reviewed a set of scheduled activities and ad hoc requirements. The commission confirmed a tour of the Pacific View Arts Center for Thursday, Jan. 23 at 4:30 p.m.; the tour is mandatory for members of the ad hoc group and optional for other commissioners.
