Team RPA planner Nate Kusha told the commission the amendment would change a roughly 5.65-acre site at 10705 Lockwood Drive from a rural designation to a mix of approximately 3.45 acres of industrial use and 2.2 acres of open space. "This case was heard by the Washoe County Planning Commission on August 6.
