The grant program, presented by Miss Mulder, CRA project manager, covers 80% of eligible project costs up to a $20,000 maximum per address. Miss Mulder said the project’s eligible cost is around $25,255 and that Pompano Design — which will operate as Pompano Furniture and Design under a five‑year lease — plans exterior work including paint, stucco, decorative paneling, new front windows and doors, and signage.
