Commission members and staff focused on three operational subjects: ways commissioners can volunteer for events without inadvertently creating a quorum, how to communicate volunteer needs to commissioners and the public, and how to create a stable volunteer pool for recurring events such as Chalk the Walk and the town arts festival (scheduled for May 10).
