The final-reading ordinance amends the city’s Title 10 building and development regulations; Council Member Sechsir moved approval at the final reading and the council voted unanimously to adopt it. Council Member Palczynski read and moved approval of the first reading of an ordinance authorizing tax-increment revenue for a special fund to pay debt related to the I‑80 urban renewal area and the proposed Middle Road and Forest Grove LLC and FG80 Holdings LLC TIF district; the motion was seconded and passed on a unanimous roll call.
The council also approved the consent agenda without objection and then adjourned. The meeting record shows roll-call votes in which council members present voted "aye" on the ordinance readings and consent agenda.
