Stat. 153A‑40). - Adoption of the fiscal‑year 2025–26 budget calendar (key milestones: February retreat; CIP adoption in April; manager’s recommended budget in May; required public hearing and budget adoption in June 2025). - Approval of the consent agenda (items listed in the meeting packet) and other routine administrative motions. - Adoption of a resolution recognizing and supporting a Person County America 250 NC committee to pursue commemoration activities; staff noted possible grant routes (the county committee option and a community program option) and the county will coordinate with local arts, veterans and history organizations.
