The ordinance approved by the board requires the developer to construct and dedicate a segment of gravity sewer that staff said will help remove reliance on the nearby Mayhew Promenade pump station, provide a 30-foot buffer adjacent to the Bircham property, construct and dedicate a greenway connection, and set aside three units as “attainable.” The developer also committed to two right-in/right-out driveways on Brawley School Road and to preserve an existing house and its site as a single-family lot.
