Brett Mangum, lead planner with the city's planning department, presented the zoning amendment and supporting materials. He said the proposal would increase the previously entitled unit count by 41 units to a total of 265 and would consist of a single four-story residential building plus a five-story parking garage with capacity for approximately 440 vehicles. The developer proposes 14 surface visitor spaces in addition to garage parking.
