The most substantive action was approval of a $46,500 Cumberland County Countywide Action Plan Clean Water Program block grant to support the Biddle Mission Park Forest Buffer Enhancement Project. Council authorized the mayor to execute the agreement subject to final review by the borough manager and solicitor.
