Planning commission retains chair and vice chair in unanimous votes

During the meeting the Huber Heights Planning Commission re-elected its current chair and vice chair by unanimous roll-call votes.

Commissioner Vargo moved to retain the sitting chair for another term; the nomination was accepted and the roll call recorded unanimous approval. The commission then entertained nominations for vice chair, a motion was made to keep the current vice chair, and the commission again approved the nomination by roll-call vote. The secretary called the roll for both votes and recorded all members present as voting yes.

The commission also approved the minutes of its Dec. 10, 2024 meeting without objection and reviewed its calendar. Planning staff noted that Creekside Townhomes’ detailed development plan may appear on the February agenda as engineering is finalized.
