Program metrics reported included about 45 different arts classes (roughly double the prior year) and 378 participants; Creative Aging programming for people 55 and older expanded, including a grant-funded guitar class with 12 participants. The council said it distributed $4,000 in mini-grants to seed cultural events, funded by Rocky Mountain Power, and that fundraising and development revenue grew from $59,016 to $67,181 year-over-year.
