Notes on procedure and next steps
- Several large comprehensive-plan actions are transmittals; state review and supplemental staff reports will follow before final adoption.
- Several approval motions (rezonings) require follow-up site-level reviews or conditional-use permits (for example, the RV campground applicant must return for a conditional-use permit).
- Where staff or the board directed follow-up (for example, adding conditional-use allowances for equestrian facilities in T3), staff will prepare amendments and bring them back to the board.
