Council approves amended PDD for Rawson/70th redevelopment after residents press for TIF transparency

The City of Franklin Common Council on Oct. 21 approved an amendment to Planned Development District No. 42 covering the redevelopment at roughly 7154 South 70th Street, reducing the previously proposed maximum residential density and increasing planned commercial space.
