Staff told the commission that changes included correcting the plan date to 02/20/2025, correcting the license type to Type 70, removing a requirement for locking refrigerators and altering Project Condition 17 to limit alcohol sales to 6 a.m.–2 a.m., and removing an operations condition that had required a monitor screen near the customer entrance.
Vice Chair Doctor Stewart moved approval with the staff changes; Chair Arejo seconded. The roll-call vote was Vice Chair Doctor Stewart: Yes; Chair Arejo: Aye; Commissioner Connolly: Yes; Commissioner Nash: Aye; Commissioner Schulke: Aye. The motion passed 5-0.
An applicant representative addressed the commission and said staff and the applicant had worked over the prior five months to resolve outstanding comments. There were no public comments. The resolution and updated project conditions will be filed in the project record.
