Riverdale City Planning Commission voted 4–2 on Jan. 28 to grant a six-month extension to Aug. 1, 2025, for subdivision plat approval for the Riverside Flat Apartments, a development proposed at approximately 667 West 4400 South, as requested by Forza Development.
Commissioners said the extension gives Forza and the landowners time to record the plat with Weber County and to complete a required overflow parking build associated with the Ken Garff property before entitlements expire. Staff said recording the plat with Weber County is a condition for construction to proceed.
