Appointments: The council moved and seconded motions to reappoint Alejandra Hernandez to the Park and Recreation Commission and to reappoint Anthony Armendariz and Art Sanchez to advisory bodies; the council voted in favor. Alejandra Hernandez was administered the oath of office at the meeting.
Personnel appeals board: Councilwoman Valencia nominated Maria Carbajal to the personnel appeals board; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
