Technology commission reschedules March, October and November meetings; approves virtual options

Commissioners discussed room availability, potential noise from other commissions in lower‑level rooms, and the desire to preserve a November meeting to review the annual report and presentations to town council.
A commissioner moved the combined calendar change motion and another seconded it; commissioners approved by voice vote. The minutes record the commission’s direction to schedule the March 4 meeting as virtual, move October’s meeting to Oct. 9 and hold an all‑virtual meeting Nov. 5.
