Supervisor Lynn Lukes inspected the location and provided photographs; trustees noted the new repair appears to be about 30 feet from a recent repair and recommended further inspection, including a camera check if available, to assess the tile interior and any connection with the earlier work.
No separate vote was required for the work order filing at this meeting beyond taking the report and recording inspection plans. The trustees directed staff and supervisors to follow up on the inspection and to arrange any necessary fieldwork.
