Judge grants revocation; Michael Armando Rivera sentenced to 10 years

The 187th District Court granted the state's motion to revoke community supervision and sentenced Michael Armando Rivera to 10 years in prison; the court ordered the term to run concurrent with a related federal case.

Lauren Esmeadez announced for the state; Rivera appeared and acknowledged his placement on community supervision in 2019 for possession with intent to deliver (penalty group 1).
