A board member said a state representative asked where the district stood; staff and board members said the board would share its adopted resolution with legislators who are collecting local positions for forthcoming state consideration.
The board voted to adopt the resolution; the motion was made by Miss Reed and seconded by Mr. Banstor. The board approved the resolution on a voice vote.
Board members did not add new language to the resolution during the meeting; staff noted there was no new information beyond prior discussions.
